2. Product Features of the Cast Back Plate

Now we have two production lines, one is laser cutting line and the other is casting line. We’d like to recommend Cast Back Plate for it’s advantages. And we have design patents, utility model patents and invention patent for Cast Back Plate.

Our Cast Back Plate have good shearing performance. The back pins shape is one of our invention patents. We apply the hexagram shape instead of round to increase contact area between back plates and friction materials, as well as improving the shearing strength.

We also have high size precision. We keep the length and width tolerance between ±0.05mm and we will assure a good flatness within 0.2mm.    

3. Product Specification of the Cast Back Plate

Our Cast Back Plate specification is the common used length, width and thickness. We also have professional technicians, so the specifications are also adjustable according to your requirements. So if you have special dimension requirements, you could provide your drawing or sample for checking and redesign.

Such as WVA29087 Cast Back Plate, the length is 247MM, the width is 109MM and the thickness is 9MM. We could adjust the cast mould and dimensions accordingly.

Normally, the 20'GP container contains about 20000PCS. And it also depends on the models of different back plates. We will adjust the package according to length, height, and weight limit.
